Crispy Fish Tacos

Hot, crispy fish filets paired with tangy pickled veggies, a great salsa, and all wrapped in a warm tortilla? YES PLEASE. This semi-homemade meal comes together in a flash when you buy the fish premade. Amplify your next taco night or enjoy this deliciously simple meal when you are tight on time but want a hot dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 Packages Gluten-Free Battered Fish - we love the Pacific Seafood Starfish brand that’s found in the freezer section of Whole Foods.

  • Pickled Veggies - this is the only thing that needs to be prepared 1 day ahead of time, but trust me - it’s worth it!

  • Avocado or Guacamole

  • Salsa or Jalapeno Sauce - Find yourself a great jalapeno or hot sauce to finish off the tacos. My favorite is @tacodeli Dona Sauce - so hot, so good.

  • 8 Tortillas - our favorite tortillas are the Siete brand’s Almond flour.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven and cook fish according to package directions.

  2. While fish is cooking, warm tortillas and gather any other toppings like salsa or guacamole

  3. Place fish fillet on warmed tortilla along with pickled veggies. Top with salsa, guacamole, and anything else you desire.
