Chocolate Chip Protein Bites

These never last for longer than a few days in our house, they're that delicious! 

A no-bake cookie ball seriously hits the spot after a tough workout and are a much healthier way to satisfy my sweet tooth at night. Plus, these are super quick and easy to make. 

We use a vegan, plant based protein powder that is made from real whole foods. We also opt for gluten free oats and nut butters that have no added sugars.

These are a great item to meal prep for the week! It is so awesome to have a few in the fridge that you can take with you to fight off the hangry when things start to get busy.

Chocolate Chip Protein Bites

Makes 12 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp ground flax

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Complete Protein Powder

  • 1/2 cup nut butter

  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Roll into quarter sized balls.

  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!
