Air Fryer Cauliflower Gnocchi

Serves 4

2 bags Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi (frozen)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Spray or coat air fryer basket with oil.

  2. In a large bowl, add frozen gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.

  3. Cook at 400 for 13-16 minutes or until until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.

  4. Serve gnocchi warm with my favorite veggie-packed pesto or your favorite sauce.
