Eggroll in a Bowl

Serves 4

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil

1 pound ground pork (could also sub ground chicken)

16 oz. bag of shredded cabbage

1.5 teaspoons mushroom seasoning (can find at Trader Joe’s, an Asian Market, or Amazon)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Rice for serving along with

Directions:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ground pork until meat is cooked through and brown.

  2. Then, add and sauté the shredded cabbage until wilted, about 5 to 10 minutes. Finally, add mushroom seasoning, salt, and pepper. Serve over heated rice.
